The app

Fix Photo Dates is a tool that helps you download your own iCloud photos to your own computer. You may only use it with an Apple account you own and are authorised to access, and you are responsible for complying with Apple's terms of service.

Licence

A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on one device (your own machine). Please don't resell, redistribute, or share licence keys — keys are signed and may be revoked if abused.

Price & payment

Pro is a one-time purchase of €9.99 (no subscription), processed securely by Stripe. The free trial costs nothing and saves up to your 500 most recent photos.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro — just email hertcombussines@gmail.com and we'll refund you.

No warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is". Apple may change its services at any time, which can affect functionality. Always keep your own backups — to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
